Each contest's rulebook is read line by line and turned into checks a design must pass. Ready means its rules are encoded and we've reviewed them against the rulebook; each contest page lists the few things we don't check. Being checked means we're still on it.

Privacy: we keep the contest name and link to decide what to add next. An email is used only to tell you the contest is ready and is deleted after 180 days. We don't store your IP address, only a one-way hash of it for a day, to limit spam.
